This is one of our most popular and proven services. You know you need to replace your systems, buy new equipment for a new company, or upgrade. So you go to an IT company who give you a price for the hardware that they sell. They're resellers for certain manufacturers so all they can give you is those brands. They then add their installation costs onto the quote.
Why does it have to be that way? Clarity IT broke this mould years ago and brought a new solution to the market. It has seen our clients save up to 40% on hardware and, perhaps just as importantly, avoid buying systems that were completely unfit for purpose.
We often deal directly with manufacturers. In fact, in one case we have delivered hardware to a client that was 37% cheaper than they'd already been quoted - for the exact same equipment.
so how do we make our money?
Again, it's very simple. Clients are normally so delighted with our services that they ask us to quote for installation too. We charge for the installation only. The sourcing of the equipment is free.
We consider it part of the client relationship we want to build that you shouldn't pay a margin on hardware we're going to be installing.
If you don't want us to install the hardware then we'll charge a fee for our services (this is always given to you with the quotation). You'll still see a lower overall cost.
